There were more photographs than kilometres on my 29 km cycle ride this morning.
Spring has certainly arrived here in South Limburg and cycling through the nature parks of Brunssummerheide and Schutterspark revealed some stunning scenery and gorgeous colours.
I’ve cycled through this area many times since moving here over 3 years ago but every time the views are different, depending on season and weather.
There are always new cycle paths to discover and pictures to be taken.
Even though there were other cyclists, dog-walkers and hikers about today, this area always seems peaceful and tranquil, despite being only a few km from the city.
