My Norwegian friends, Liv & Knut from Oslo, who we met in Norway last year, arrived for an extended tour of the UK with a large group of friends.
Once here in the UK, Liv & Knut were doing their own thing rather than travelling with the group & I met them in Newcastle to show them a bit of Northumberland before heading up to Scotland.
They stayed a night with us before following their own route up through Scotland then back to Yorkshire before re-joining their group for the journey back to Norway.
It was great to see them again & I’m sure they had a great time. Maybe they will be back some day, who knows?
