October was a fabulous cycling month for me with 804.7 km ridden over ten separate rides.
Of course, the absolute highlight of the month was my 7 day, 634 km Waterlinieroute 2023.
My longest one day ride this month was 103 km starting and finishing in Bokrijk, Belgium along with Ernesto and David.
The ride with the greatest elevation gain was the return to Heerlen, when 393 metres were gained over an 88 km route.
Finally, I achieved another ‘personal best’ on the indoor Spinningfiets.
I cycled a distance of 29 km in 30 minutes.
