After making the journey from Edinburgh to Portsmouth, for the long ferry crossing to Bilbao in northern Spain, we had a great few days touring north eastern Spain.
We eventually reached Barcelona, where we stayed for a few days, in the Hotel Gaudi in the centre of this beautiful vibrant city.
Our journey home was a leisurely few days riding over the Pyranees and up through France to Le Havre and the ferry back to Portsmouth.
The return journey up through England back to Edinburgh was broken by an overnight stop just outside Rotherham.
This was my 41st overseas motorcycling tour & we covered a total of 1960 miles.
