Bokrijk, Belgium is home to a unique cycle track, ‘Fietsen door het Water’ (Cycling Through Water) which was the destination of my latest 117 km cycle ride this weekend.
Opened in 2016 this 200 metre channel divides one of the large Bokrijk ponds which allows cyclists to ride through with the water at either side at eye level.
This has been on my ‘to do’ list for quite some time now, and I certainly was not disappointed as I passed this way today.
The early morning sunshine provided it’s unique light so quite a few photographs were taken.
