February was another very poor cycling month for me.
Again, extreme weather conditions and a severe dose of the flu kept me off the bike apart from the single ride on 4th February, to Overeys.
This was a ride of 26.3 km, and quite hilly, with an elevation gain of 233 metres.
It was a sunny and cool day but enjoyable getting out on the bike for a while.
I feel sure that spring is on the way, I really am looking forwards to cycling in warmer, drier conditions.
