It’s been three long weeks since I last cycled.
So today’s cycle ride was a fairly short, 57 km, loop to the south-west of Heerlen.
This was still a very demanding route as this was through the hilliest part of the Netherlands.
It’s also amazing how much cycling fitness is lost after three weeks inactivity.
I am truly grateful for the assistance of the eBike on today’s ride.
My legs/heart/lungs certainly know they’ve had a good workout.
