Thursday’s cycle ride was a nice 58 km circuit through the countryside to the north and east of Heerlen.
Warm sunshine greeted me as I headed north through the city and it was almost 12 km before I reached open countryside.
It’s been a week since I last cycled and my legs certainly felt the many hills encountered today.
The featured image today is of the impressive church at Bingelrade, about 23 km into the ride.
Such a nice day for cycling so I didn’t stop for so many photographs.
