Winter weather arrived early this month, curtailing my cycling activities somewhat.
I started the month with a couple of indoor spin bike sessions amounting to 56.8 km, followed by just three outdoor rides making the total for the month 166.4 km.
The longest ride was 45.3 km to Oud Valkenburg and the greatest elevation gain was 443 km on the ride to Termoors.
From the 28th of the month I’m grounded for a while following cataract surgery on my right eye.
However I’m making good use of the time planning some really interesting rides and tours for 2024.
